Precautions

Missed dose

Overdose

Overdose of Diclofenac SR causes nausea and vomiting, stomach pain, bloody, black or tarry stools, vomiting of a substance that is bloody or looks like coffee grounds, drowsiness, slow, shallow, or irregular breathing, and loss of consciousness. Inform your doctor regarding these effects and follow the advice accordingly.
